Entrance into the property is by a fully glazed door within the glass link between the mill tower itself and a new kitchen/diner extension.
The kitchen is generously equipped with plenty of cupboard units and every utensil and item of culinary equipment is provided. The worktops are a beautiful granite with glass tiled splash backs.
Facilities within the kitchen include a gas fired boiler providing heating and hot water, a fan oven, a dish washer, a washing machine and a fridge. Also, installed into the worktops is a fast-reactive radiant electric hob situated over the oven and a stainless-steel sink top unit. A microwave oven is also provided.
Additionally, supplied and housed in the upright cupboard unit is an iron and ironing board, a cordless vacuum cleaner and a remote-controlled device to operate the roof light above.
The dining area at the front of the extension has a circular glass table and four comfortable dining chairs with a view through the glazed sliding doors to the sun trap patio and front lawn.
Access to a secluded and private back garden is by the glazed door in the rear of the glass link.

Into the mill…
Access into the mill tower itself is from the glazed link by means of three oak steps which rise to the ground floor level. Entrance into the circular lounge is through a pair of oak framed, self-closing glazed fire doors.
The well-furnished oak floored living room has a leather circular settee equipped with a recliner and a single leather revolving chair and foot stool. These snuggle a sumptuous woollen rug with an electrically operated stove fire centrally positioned and operated by remote control.
The 42” TV has Free View access and is provided with a DVD box. Free WiFi internet access is provided.
A radio/CD player is also available plus a telephone for emergency use. An honesty box is provided for payments for private outside calls. A good selection of table games, cards etc are available within a small cabinet.
From the ground floor a helical staircase of 15 oak timber treads climbs to a carpeted dressing room and tiled shower-room.
The shower cubicle is generous and equipped with an overhead rain shower as well as a flexible hand-held shower head.
There is a w.c., bidet and a recessed sink in a granite topped vanity unit with an illuminated dressing mirror and shaver point above.
In the dressing room area on this floor there is a purpose made open fronted circular wardrobe plus a chest of 5 drawers and a full-length mirror.
The comfortable king-size bed sits centrally in the room with bespoke bed noside tables and bedside lights.
At the end of the bed and mounted from the wall over the rising helical staircase, is a second remote-controlled TV.
A further two chairs and a small dressing table with a hair dryer completes the comfort in this unspoilt circular room.
Finally, to one side of this bedroom, there remains a ladder which climbs to the top floor of the windmill. This level, once known as the dust floor, is now locked to access.

A welcome pack includes a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate truffles.
Also provided are biscuits, butter, jam and marmalade in complimentary jars.
Additionally, basic kitchen supplies are included; milk, tea, coffee, sugar salt & pepper, cooking oils plus the essential cleaning necessities of dishwasher tabs, washing machine liquid and conditioner, plus washing-up liquid and cleaning products.
Basic bathroom necessities included are toilet rolls, soap, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.
We operate a NO SMOKING policy and we are sorry but UNABLE to accommodate pets.
It should also be noted that this property would not be suitable for those with limited mobility due to the number of steps from ground level to the bedroom on the 2nd floor.
Private Off-Street Parking is provided in the car park within the mill gardens.
